A single email address, and common questions.

Every question goes to the same address:
support@kalegard.comThere is no form: on a static site a form means an external service, another data processor and another line in the privacy policy. Email is lighter than all of that.
Common questions
Will my account be deleted on its own?
No — your account stays unless you delete it. The one exception is a long silence: if you do not sign in for 24 months after your last visit, the account is separated from your identity, which means your name, email address, profile photo and device information are erased. Game records such as your cards remain, but can no longer be linked to you.
Can I lose my progress?
On first launch the game creates a guest account tied to your device; your progress lives on our server but belongs to that device. Before you change phones or delete the app, link your Google or Apple account under Settings → Account. Linking is entirely optional and its only job is to carry your progress across.
Is the game free?
Yes, downloading and playing are free. The game shows ads and sells crystal packs; neither is required to play. Your card number and billing details never reach us — payment is handled directly by the App Store and Google Play.
Can I remove the ads?
There is currently no product that removes ads entirely. Rewarded ads are optional by design: you choose whether to watch one, and skipping it closes nothing off. Whether ads are picked by interest is up to you under Settings → Ad preference; with personalisation off, both the ads and the rewards keep working exactly the same.
Can I play on two devices?
You cannot keep one account running on two devices: your session key is bound to the device that issued it, and a key arriving from another device is refused. If your Google or Apple account is linked, signing in on the new device is enough to bring your progress across — but the account moves to that device rather than living on both.
How do I link my account?
Settings → Account → “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple”. The sign-in happens on Google’s and Apple’s own screens; we never see your password. All that reaches us is your account identifier, your email address, the name on the account and the address of your profile photo.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the game: Settings → Account → “Delete my account”. On confirmation your name, email address, profile photo, device information and any linked account details are erased, along with your friendships and pending requests. Your cards and match history remain, separated from your identity — matches are part of your opponents’ history too — and “Deleted player” appears wherever your name used to. Deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot reach the game at all, write to the address below; requests are resolved within 30 days.
